In the name of Beaujolais!

Like every year in this time, we celebrate the days of this nice young wine made from grape variety Gamay. Eventhough in September this grapes are still on the plow, yet in November we drink it all around the world until spring time. In our wine bar in the city center this wine you can drink with beef in red wine and in our wine restaurant in New Belgrade, we prepared series of dishes tipical for the region where Beaujolais is coming from: chicken pate in beef crust, duck meat with rustic potatoes, French way turkey leg with green peas and baked Brie with hazelnut, almond and honey crumble.
